New Moon Yin Aquarius

Aquarius is an air sign, connected to Anahata or the Heart Chakra. Across the world people are questioning the systems of power and a demand for something better is coming through. In the time of disinformation and misinformation, the brilliance of Aquarius is thinking for oneself. The Heretic does not simply go with the flow, but sets out to find something better.

This is not a heartless sign, it is in taking this step back from the world do we truly connect to our love of the world. It is in the cold questioning that we discover that which we truly value.

Aligned with yoga's second jewel of Truthfulness, we are called to deeply question what our values are and how we can walk in that truth, even when it is uncomfortable. We will be exploring this yogic philosophy with guided meditation and journal prompt, followed by a yin yoga set inspired by the air element of Aquarius - the fourth chakra.
