Since I could remember…

people have been coming to me for support and advice. Total strangers plopping down on park benches to tell me of a tragic moment they’ve yet to share with another soul. Relationships built in the shared mire of creation. Again and again I’ve been drawn to helping folks come more in alignment with themselves and their truest desires, allowing what can be seen as dark and scary into a loving light.

Jungian theory interweaves itself through out my meditation work as I guide the individual into deeper connection with themselves. Meditation is often spoke of as something one should do, but often people don’t have the skills or time to dedicate themselves to a practice. My chosen work is to help others access meditative insights and teach practices that work for that individual within their daily life constraints. My guided mediations are created on the spot, specific to your needs, and are in a container you can choose to come back to again and again on your own. Our work does not stop with me, but is commuted into one’s regular life, a new tool for each client’s tool belt.

I offer one on one coaching sessions, which are excellent for review of previous meditation work and “homework assignments”. I offer consultations on herbal support and physical breathing practices to shift energy in the body and mind.

Due to the pandemic, all sessions occur on zoom.

Sliding scale prices are available. It is imperative that folks who could use my support have access regardless of income. Blessed be.
